We are seeking nephrologists interested in a flexible practice model combining onsite clinical care with telehealth-supported coverage. This team partners with hospitals and healthcare systems to deliver inpatient nephrology services, acute dialysis, and comprehensive outpatient care through a collaborative care model supported by advanced practice providers and technology-enabled telehealth platforms.
