BONFE - WAREHOUSE MANAGER

$75,000 - $85,000 | Full-Time | St. Paul, MN

At Bonfe, we're looking for a Warehouse Manager who enjoys developing people and creating systems that make everyone around them more successful.

 

This isn't a role where you'll simply keep the lights on. We're looking for someone who wants to coach and grow our future technicians starting in the warehouse , improve processes, and help build an operation that supports one of the fastest-growing home service companies in the Twin Cities.

 

What You Can Expect:

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 annually

• Medical  and Dental  benefits with option of 100%   Bonfe Paid   Premium  after 60 days of employment (optional Vision benefits available).

What You'll Do:

As our Warehouse Manager, you'll lead the daily operation of our warehouse while partnering with leaders across the business to keep technicians, installers, and customers moving.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching, and developing our warehouse and field support team into future technicians.
• Creating an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.
• Managing inventory accuracy and material flow.
• Utilizing ServiceTitan to track inventory and analyze performance.
• Building warehouse standards, processes, and accountability.
• Managing company fleet coordination , maintenance scheduling, and compliance.
• Working closely with Purchasing, Operations, Dispatch, Sales, and Service leadership.
• Tracking KPIs and continuously improving warehouse performance.
• Conducting regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles to keep your team engaged and growing .

 

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Experience leading and developing employees.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence making decisions and solving problems independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments.
• Experience with warehouse management software (ServiceTitan experience is a major plus).
• A continuous improvement mindset—you always think there's a better way.
