About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and learning the fundamentals of sales in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a positive and friendly attitude

• Provide product knowledge and help customers find items that fit their needs

• Process transactions at the register (cash, credit, returns, and exchanges)

• Maintain clean and organized sales floor and displays

• Restock shelves and ensure inventory is properly displayed

• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner

• Support team members and contribute to a positive store environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)

• No prior retail experience necessary – training will be provided

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math and computer skills

• Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required)
