Sales Account Executive

Overview Talent Acquisition Coordinator @ Soliant. Don\'t choose between making a living and making a difference. Choose both. Choose Soliant! In this role, the Account Executive acts as the liaison between our healthcare providers and pharmacies to aid in the placement of qualified candidates within these facilities. It is a blend of sales and recruiting, with an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships. Our mission has been to “make life better for those who make lives better” for over 30 years, delivering premium services to healthcare professionals and clients nationwide. Responsibilities Build relationships with healthcare professionals and introduce job opportunities Source candidates via referrals, job boards, social media, and our database Partner with pharmacies to understand staffing needs and match qualified candidates Pitch our services to new and existing clients Collaborate with teammates to close deals and share best practices Organize daily activities to meet goals and maximize productivity Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit Self-motivated and goal-driven with a positive attitude Comfortable using technology and learning new systems Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness Organizational skills and attention to detail Our People Drive Our Culture Work/Life Balance – flex schedule (Monday-Friday 8a-5p) to help balance personal and professional responsibilities Competitive Salary – base salary plus uncapped commission; benefits include vision, medical, dental, 401k with 50% match, paid holidays, one free holiday, and increasing PTO with tenure Promote From Within – leadership growth opportunities through our internal program Community Involvement – volunteer day for each employee Logistics This role starts onsite with opportunities for hybrid/remote days #J-18808-Ljbffr
