Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical team during orthopedic and neurological procedures in the operating room
• Prepare and maintain sterile field, instruments, and surgical supplies before, during, and after procedures
• Pass instruments and anticipate the needs of the surgical team throughout procedures
• Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and facility protocols in the surgical environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of surgical technician experience
• Strong proficiency in orthopedic surgical procedures
• Strong proficiency in neurological surgical procedures
• Current Surgical Technologist certification (CST) or equivalent credentialing
• Ability to work 10-hour day shifts on a 4x10 schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Travel surgical technician experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in a high-volume or acute care surgical setting
