About the Position

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a fast-paced Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in maintaining a sterile field, anticipating surgeon needs, and supporting high-quality patient care during surgical procedures.

This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical field before, during, and after procedures

• Set up operating rooms with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment

• Anticipate surgeon and procedural needs during surgery

• Pass instruments and supplies efficiently while maintaining aseptic technique

• Perform surgical counts (sponges, sharps, instruments) per policy

• Assist with patient positioning and room turnover

• Ensure proper sterilization and equipment handling
