Shift: Day Shift | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Schedule: 36 Hours Guaranteed per Week
Open Positions: 3  Pay Rate: $38 – $43 per hour   Job Overview We are seeking experienced  Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs)for a 13-week travel assignment at a high-acuity  Level I Trauma Center in Atlanta, GA. Candidates must have prior travel experience and strong OR skill sets. This is a fast-paced operating room environment requiring adaptability, critical thinking, and teamwork. 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures
• Ensure proper sterilization and setup of surgical instruments
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols
• Anticipate surgical team needs during complex cases
• Participate in call rotation, weekends, and holiday coverage

 

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Minimum 2+ years recent OR experience
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• High proficiency across multiple surgical specialties
• Ability to work call, weekends, and holidays
• No block scheduling allowed
