Your Responsibilities As Sales Manager, you'll help lead every aspect of the sales operation by: Coaching and developing the sales team Driving appointment conversion and showroom performance Desking and structuring deals Managing daily sales activities Helping recruit and develop future leaders Creating accountability and process consistency Partnering with Finance and Executive Leadership Delivering an exceptional customer experience Our goal isn't simply to sell more vehicles.
