Field Marketing Events Specialist

Full time, direct hire role On-site 4 days a week in Charlotte, NC with occasional travel Partner with local market and field leaders to support branch-level marketing efforts that align with revenue goals, seasonal demand, and customer acquisition priorities. Help roll out and localize broader marketing campaigns across multiple service lines, ensuring promotions, offers, and messaging are relevant to each market. Coordinate with internal teams across digital marketing, paid media, CRM, call center, and operations to help turn marketing activity into measurable customer engagement and booked revenue. Support local market activations, including community events, sponsorships, home shows, and grassroots initiatives, while helping create repeatable playbooks for future use. Track campaign performance, local marketing spend, lead flow, booking trends, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations to improve results across assigned markets. 3-5+ years of marketing, field marketing, branch support, or marketing coordination experience within a multi-location, service-based, retail, or demand-driven environment. ~ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, markets, and internal stakeholders at once. ~ Comfortable working closely with field teams, operations leaders, and cross-functional marketing partners to keep initiatives moving and aligned. ~ Experience supporting customer-facing businesses where trust, urgency, local market awareness, and strong follow-through are important to driving customer action. ~ Energetic, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the willingness to travel as needed to support local events, branch activations, and market-level marketing initiatives.
