Marketing Coordinator - Customer Education Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Hours: 40 hours per week Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator - Customer Education supports the development and execution of marketing programs and customer education initiatives that promote product awareness, solutions, and services. These programs include both hands-on and virtual educational offerings designed to increase customer engagement, product adoption, and brand loyalty. This role works closely with the Manager of Customer Education and cross-functional teams to develop training content, coordinate education programs, manage event logistics, and support marketing initiatives across multiple market segments including In-Building Networks, Data Centers, and Carrier markets . The Customer Education team operates globally, requiring collaboration across regions to ensure training content and program delivery remain consistent and aligned with business objectives. Reporting Structure Reports To: Manager, Customer Education Key Responsibilities Customer Education Program Support Support the growth and maintenance of the customer training program aligned with global marketing initiatives. Assist with the development and execution of customer education strategies and annual training plans . Coordinate both live and virtual training events supporting sales and marketing initiatives. Training & Content Development Collaborate with subject matter experts in engineering, product management, and marketing to develop training materials and curriculum. Assist with instructional design and development of educational content. Help maintain product samples and training equipment used for course instruction. Event Planning & Logistics Coordinate logistics for customer education classes, seminars, and training events . Work with distribution branch managers and sales engineers to organize live training programs nationwide. Support hands-on seminars, paid classes, and field-level education events . Marketing & Promotion Build promotional campaigns using social media, marketing automation tools, and traditional marketing channels . Promote training events through inbound and outbound marketing initiatives. Assist in maintaining marketing materials and communication assets. Program Administration & Reporting Maintain training certifications and education records for program participants. Track and report on customer education program performance and outcomes . Support ongoing improvements to program databases and internal processes . Customer & Partner Support Provide basic support to program members and training participants . Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners . Manage event registration and reporting through event management software.
