This unique position combines pest management services with insulation work to help protect homes and businesses from pests while improving energy efficiency and comfort. Key Responsibilities Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity, damage, and entry points Apply pest control treatments safely and in accordance with company and regulatory standards Install, remove, or replace insulation materials Seal gaps and openings to help prevent future infestations and energy loss Operate company vehicles and equipment responsibly Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers professionally Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Someone with a positive attitude who enjoys independence, building relationships, having fun, and keeping your community safe and healthy You relate well to all kinds of people, and you will treat them with dignity and respect You can explain things easily in ways that people can understand, and you are always putting the customer first You are also someone that cares about their community, and you want to work for a company that does, too Requirements High School/GED or better Valid Driver’s license Must be 18 years of age We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with applicable federal, state and local laws Physical Demands / Working Environment Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations as well as the ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid): Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
