Federal Court Paralegal

Responsibilities: Serve as primary contact with assigned clients Prepare IFP applications, perform federal debt checks and student loan verification Prepare and organize federal court transcripts Process referral and new client files Update and process existing client files Assist with drafting and filing complaints Maintain CRM database, Litify Assist with drafting and filing complaints Answer incoming phone calls and field client questions Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures Any additional duties, as requested and assigned Requirements: Associates degree and/or paralegal certificate or two years of relevant work experience Customer service skills and experience Experience with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suites and data entry Prior legal and/or Social Security experience is a plus Experience with WORLDOX and Litify is a plus Work Location: This position may be performed in-office, hybrid, or remotely depending on the candidate's location and business needs.
