About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Travel Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Neuro) – Colorado**Start Date:** November 16, 2026 **Location:** Englewood, Colorado **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; 38-bed unit with 5:1 or 6:1 patient ratios**Highlights:** - Specialized Neuro Medical/Surgical unit focusing on stroke care and neurological patient population- Comprehensive case mix including NIH/stroke assessments, neuro assessments, trach care, and feeding tube management- Collaborative team environment with experienced staff and charge nurse support on every shift- Equipment includes IV pumps, seizure monitoring, Bi-pap, C-pap, and glucometers- EMR system: Meditech- Travel assignment with competitive benefits package**Requirements:** - Active RN license in Colorado or compact state eligibility- Minimum 1 year of current Medical/Surgical nursing experience (required)- BLS certification (required)- ACLS certification (preferred)- Neuro or stroke experience (strongly preferred)- Meditech experience (preferred)**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This position offers the chance to work with a dedicated, experienced team caring for a specialized neurological patient population.
