Job Overview A law firm seeks a full-time USPTO-registered Patent Agent in Raleigh, NC, experienced in preparing and prosecuting software-related applications. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years in patent prosecution are preferred, with skills in portfolio development and client counseling considered advantageous. Duties Prepare and prosecute software-related patent applications. Develop and manage patent portfolios. Provide client counseling on intellectual property matters. Requirements USPTO Registration Number required. Minimum of 3 years of patent prosecution experience preferred. Experience in software technologies such as cloud, AI, and mobile applications preferred. Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills. Education Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field. Certifications USPTO Registration Number.
