Specialist, Regulatory Compliance

Job Description Specialist, Regulatory Compliance – Cincinnati office. Involved in projects with the Construction Management Team. Your Impact Assist with oversight of DBE and Workforce/EEO compliance. Perform Commercial Useful Function (CUF) and Wage Interviews with contractor and sub‑contractor personnel in accordance with governing documents. Collaborate with the Diversity and Inclusion Manager, KYTC Office for Civil Rights, Small Business Development and ODOT Office of Diversity and Inclusion to ensure DBE and Workforce/EEO requirements are met. Perform CUF reviews for pre‑construction design‑build team and owner‑held design consultants. Exercise responsible and ethical decision‑making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct. Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs. Who You Are Required Qualifications High School Diploma. Minimum 7 years of compliance experience. Track record of upholding workplace safety and adherence to WSP’s health, safety, drug/alcohol and harassment policies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with technical and non‑technical audiences.
