Daily tasks include installing and configuring operating systems and applications, supporting network connectivity, and assisting with user account setup and access management. The role also involves collaborating with the broader IT team located in the italian HQ to maintain a secure and stable technology environment that supports manufacturing and office operations.Required SkillsOperating Systems Support & Administration: WindowsNetwork Fundamentals & Connectivity Troubleshooting: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.Microsoft 365 & User Account Management: Outlook, Active Directory, permissions.Endpoint Setup & Device Management: PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices.IT Service Management & Ticket Handling: incident resolution, escalation, documentation. xhyhwjd Basic Cybersecurity & Access Control: MFA, password policies, endpoint protection.3+ years of experience in the role
