Responsibilities Support the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module across the implementation lifecycle Assist with requirements gathering and process documentation for payroll operations Support data conversion and cutover activities, including balance mapping and validation Create and manage cutover checklists and support parallel runs Collaborate with team members and contribute to deliverables.
