We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant in Charleston, SC. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who knows how to run a solid operation, build a great team, and deliver a consistent guest experience in Charleston, SC. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy being part of a growing concept in Charleston, SC, this could be a great fit.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a GM in a high-volume restaurant
Strong leadership and team development skills
Solid understanding of P&L, labor, and cost controls
Hands-on, lead-from-the-front mentality
Passion for guest service and team culture
What you’ll get:
$80,000–$90,000 base salary
