FITNESS FLOOR ASSOCIATE (2) – $16.43/Hr Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 18 years of age is required High School Diploma preferred Minimum of one-year experience in customer service or wellness field preferred YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification (completed within 60 days of hire) Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire) New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire) WORK SCHEDULE: PART TIME (LESS THAN 28 hrs/week) Mondays - Fridays: 11am - 3pm Saturdays: 3pm - 7:15pmPART TIME BENEFITS:
