Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will provide financial analysis, planning, and decision support to help guide business performance and organizational priorities. This role will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate results, develop financial plans, identify opportunities, and provide insights that support informed decision-making. The position will have involvement across a range of finance activities, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, business planning, and strategic analysis. The Finance Manager will also contribute to initiatives focused on improving financial performance, strengthening processes, and enhancing the quality of information available to decision-makers. Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days In-Office) Key Responsibilities: Review financial results and provide analysis of performance, trends, variances, and key business drivers. Manage forecasting and budgeting activities and monitor results against financial plans and expectations. Develop financial models and analyses to support ongoing business needs, planning activities, and decision-making. Identify financial risks, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement and provide recommendations based on analysis. Partner with leadership and internal teams to support business planning and the evaluation of strategic priorities. Provide financial analysis for business initiatives, commercial decisions, pricing considerations, and potential investment opportunities. Collaborate across finance, accounting, operations, and other functions to support business objectives and financial performance. Translate financial information into clear insights and recommendations for a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership. Evaluate existing reporting, analytical tools, and finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Support enhancements that improve the accuracy, reliability, efficiency, and usefulness of financial information and processes. Manage multiple recurring and ad hoc financial priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely communication. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills with the ability to interpret results and support business decisions. Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems. Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools preferred. Ability to develop strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate financial information to different audiences. Strong professional presence and ability to work effectively with senior leadership. Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to influence others.
