Core Clinical Partners is seeking an Intensivist at Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky — just two hours from Nashville, TN, offering a perfect blend of professional opportunity and lifestyle.

• Hospital Size: 379-bed acute care facility

• Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center
\n
• Referral Reach: Serving western KY, southern IL, southeast MO, and northwest TN
\n
• Average Daily Census (ADC): 14–15 ± 2
\n
• ICU: Open ICU 
\n

Team Model:

• 3 Daytime Hospitalists
\n
• 1 Intensivist\n
  \n
  • 1 Dedicated Nocturnist (Procedures Required)
  \n

• 4 APPs: 3 Daytime + 1 Swing APP
\n

Additional Details:

• Shifts: 12-hour blocks (7A–7P and 7P–7A)
\n
• EMR: Epic
\n
• Specialties & Services: Wide range of subspecialty support and technologies often found in larger metro hospitals

Candidate Requirements

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
\n
• Eligible for medical licensure in Kentucky
