Mercy Health–Lourdes Hospital , part of Bon Secours Mercy Health , one of the nation's top 20 health systems, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health team in Paducah, Kentucky .
\nThis is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment alongside experienced Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors who are dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality mental health care.

- Primarily outpatient psychiatry with the option to participate in inpatient coverage for additional compensation if desired \n
- Flexible scheduling designed to promote work-life balance \n
- Multiple remote work/telepsychiatry options available \n
- Average daily patient volume of 12–14 adult patients \n
- Modern outpatient clinic conveniently connected to the hospital \n
- Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit with 21 adult beds \n
- Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record \n
- Standard clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM \n
- Supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional patient care \n
