Executive Coordinator
The Alaska Center for Energy and Power (ACEP) fosters innovative solutions to Alaska's energy challenges and is a gateway for energy-related activity at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. ACEP is recruiting for an Executive Coordinator to support the leadership team. This position will be located on the UAF Troth Yeddha' campus and the successful candidate is expected to work on site as part of a dynamic and supportive team.

- Be comfortable using technology to support business operations, including scheduling systems, virtual meeting platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and internal business systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
Three years college coursework and three years progressively responsible experience related to the program specialty, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Position Details:
This is a term-funded position reviewed annually for contract renewal at the University's discretion.
This is a full-time, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 79, based on education and experience.
