Industrial Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

What you’ll do

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment—electrical and mechanical.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Assist in installing and building new production machinery.
• Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Execute multi-craft work: electrical, mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, millwright, and pipefitting.
• Contribute to equipment improvement and maintenance projects.
• Weld parts to complete repairs when needed.
• Partner with engineers and technicians on commissioning new equipment.
• Develop and refine maintenance procedures and PM checklists.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions.

What you’ll bring

• 4–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience, OR a technical trade school background plus 4 years of practical experience.
• Industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated skill in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and apply blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• A positive outlook and commitment to a long-term career path.

Compensation & hours

• Pay: $34–$38/hour.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM (4x10s).
• Overtime: Fridays and Saturdays as required.
