Moretrench Industrial is seeking a results‑driven Project Administrator to join our team at the project site in Bartow, Florida. Project administrators oversee clerical and key accounting duties for various projects. Responsibilities Assist with accounting functions for various projects. Collect and process paperwork verifying for accuracy. Communicate daily with the project field personnel. Communicate with vendors and clients. Track and enter payroll (PR) hours. Track and enter equipment hours. Review and approve AP invoices in workflow process, and contact vendor if invoice is incorrect or missing. Create PO requisitions and submit them to vendors. Receiving on PO’s once verified with field and track POs to increase/close. Create T&M Billings. Client reports if needed and/or client system data entry if needed. Audit project to ensure all materials were billed. Qualifications Previous experience in a related field encouraged. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must. Previous experience working with Project Managers for the delivery of projects. Written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking. Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office and of project manager tools. Associate’s or Technical degree preferred but not required. Keller is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
