Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer $85,000 - $120,000 per year | Orlando, FL | On-site | Permanent Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer | Ground Up Commercial A bit about us: We are a growing commercial contractor focused on delivering ground up industrial and commercial builds. Clear path for growth into Project Manager Exposure to full project lifecycle Strong mentorship from experienced leadership Consistent pipeline of work, not one off projects Job Details Responsibilities Support Project Managers across multiple active jobs Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and coordination Work closely with field teams and subcontractors Help drive project execution from precon through closeout Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field 2–7 years of experience in commercial construction Experience on ground up projects (not just renovations) Exposure to concrete, steel, and sitework scopes Familiarity with Procore is a plus Stable work history and strong communication skills Based in or open to Central Florida Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
