A Taste of What You'll Do

As a Seasonal Dishwasher, you'll play an essential role in creating a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment that supports exceptional guest experiences. In this hands-on role, you'll operate commercial dishwashing equipment, ensuring all dishes, glassware, and cookware are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use. Your attention to detail will help maintain the high standards expected in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Beyond dishwashing, you'll contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by assisting with general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, managing waste, and maintaining pantry organization. You'll also take part in deep cleaning efforts and help support inventory processes, ensuring supplies are properly received and stored. Your ability to stay organized and work efficiently will help keep operations running smoothly during peak periods.

What You'll Need
• Required to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Required to engage in frequent walking and standing.
• Required to possess the vision necessary to inspect glassware and dishware for smudges, chips, or stains.
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out
• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus restaurant dishwashing experience.
• Possession of a ServeSafe certification.
• Experience demonstrating excellent communication.
• Experience working as part of a team.

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
