You willbetheday-to-daypoint of contact for your accounts. You willplay a key role in supporting projects and driving growthin our business.What you will be doingBuild strong relationships and serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, understanding their needs and guiding them to the right solutions.Manage the quoting process, including specification review, pricing, and collaboration with sales, engineering, and business development teams.Process new orders, approve change order requests, and ensure seamless order management and cross-functional communication.Identify revenue growth opportunities, develop sales plans, and track progress using CRM tools while keeping customers informed throughout their projects.Provide training, conduct presentations, and contribute market feedback to product development and continuous improvement initiatives.Basic Requirements:Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 4 years’ experience working in a customer facing environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 2 years’ experience working in a customer facing environment.Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.JD/PhD in Business, Engineering, or related field.In lieu of degree, 6+ years of experience working in a customer facing role.In order tobe eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent.
