Mi Vida Philadelphia is looking for an experienced, polished, and personable Host to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host plays a critical role in creating a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests walk through the door. We’re looking for someone who is confident, organized, friendly, and able to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and greet every guest with warmth and professionalism
• Manage the restaurant’s entrance and guest flow
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments
• Coordinate closely with servers, managers, and the kitchen to maintain an efficient dining room
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions and requests
• Communicate accurate wait times and reservation information
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional host stand
• Help create a smooth and memorable experience for every guest

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hosting or upscale/full-service restaurant experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
