Staff Management | SMX is currently accepting applications for future General Warehouse Associate opportunities in Marianna, Florida. Pay rates vary by role, shift, and assignment. Employment Types: Full Time. Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 / hour Duties: Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Label, scan, and track inventory using warehouse systems. Move products to designated storage or staging areas. Maintain accurate inventory and report any discrepancies. Operate basic warehouse equipment (Pallet Jack, Scanner, etc.) Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals. Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 30 pounds. Required education: HS Diploma or GED. Work Location: Dollar Tree Marianna, Florida, Marianna, FL 32448. Industry: Warehouse/Distribution. The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
