Set up and operate slitting machines to produce quality material safely and efficiently.

Slitter Machine Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 16.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:45pm to 12:15am)

Operate, set up, and monitor slitting machines to cut material to specifications.
Load and position large rolls of media material for production runs.
Inspect finished material and remove or report non-conforming products.
Read and follow work orders, specifications, and quality standards.
Perform basic machine adjustments and routine equipment checks.

Slitter Machine Operator Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and follow production instructions and work orders.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic machine adjustments.
Ability to lift, move, and handle large material rolls as required, up to 50lbs.
Must successfully complete 1 to 2 weeks of training on 1st Shift.
