Minimum Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience: 0-1 year(s) of experience Travel: None Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, or 6 pm to 6 am Monday through Friday depending on assigned shift. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary. Key Responsibilities Works in a warehouse bench assembly. Performs material handling and repetitive assembly tasks with attention to detail and quality. Perform general labor duties to support daily production and facility operations. Prepare skids for shipment, including cleaning and ensuring materials are properly organized and ready for shipping. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production floor through routine sweeping, trash removal, and housekeeping. Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production area. Assist with floor organization and layout, including measuring and applying floor tape to designated areas. Maintain clear and organized workspaces to support efficient production flow. Operate a forklift as needed, if applicable. Assist production and other departments with general labor and facility support tasks as needed. Identifies and supports process improvement opportunities. Creates, prints, and applies assembly identification labels. Follows OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements. Performs other related duties as assigned.
