HR Program Manager, Partnerships and Ads

The Ads and Partnerships HR team seeks an experienced HR Program Manager to own cross‑functional HR programs, coordinate across regions, and ensure complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives land successfully. Key Responsibilities Lead complex, cross‑functional HR programs end‑to‑end. Partner with HR leadership to project‑manage strategic initiatives across multiple regions and stakeholder groups. Build project plans, manage timelines, and keep interconnected workstreams on track across the globe. Own the operational backbone of the HR team, driving smooth execution of key people processes, compensation planning, 360 feedback cycles, employee surveys, manager development programs, and onboarding improvements. Track details, close loops, and ensure programs land well. Build and maintain communication and coordination infrastructure for a globally distributed HR team: regular update digests, cross‑regional meeting materials, and agendas that make meetings useful. Ensure HR programs are appropriately consistent, regionally relevant, and move across a global, matrixed organization. Build people analytics and insights, develop frameworks to track and report on key HR metrics, and leverage insights to sharpen decision‑making. Document global decisions into memos, share guidance transparently, and craft communications to help drive decisions and alignment. Leverage AI and technology proactively: use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesize data, improve work quality, and find better ways to solve HR problems. What We’re Looking For Strong program management instincts and experience with multi‑track projects in a matrixed environment. Clear, confident written communication, able to write memos, updates, and sensitive communications with appropriate tone. Analytical capability: structure and interpret data, identify patterns, and translate analysis into recommendations. Business curiosity and a bias for action, making sound calls with incomplete information and moving forward without waiting for perfect conditions. Genuine AI fluency, actively using AI tools and building that practice. Comfort with global complexity, having worked across regions or time zones and understanding how to adapt programs for different cultural and legal contexts. Experience 3+ years as a Program Manager organizing, managing, and executing complex projects, ideally within HR or related spaces. Relevant HR experience partnering with managers on employee lifecycle touchpoints. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; proficiency in Google Workspace. Familiarity with HR systems and people analytics tools. Experience in a fast‑paced, matrixed, global organization. Location Hybrid role based out of Los Gatos or Los Angeles. Compensation The range for this role is $184,000.00–$330,000.00, based solely on an annual salary. Compensation is determined by market indicators, job family, background, skills, and experience. Employees choose how much of their compensation is salary versus stock options each year.
