Technical Program Manager 5 - Ads Reporting

Overview We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with Ads domain experience to drive high impact cross‑functional ads programs. This role requires strong collaboration with product, engineering, data science, business stakeholders, peer technical program managers and senior leadership to drive, execute, track and deliver high impact strategic programs in the Ads space. Responsibilities Lead multiple cross‑functional programs, in collaboration with product, engineering, design, and data science, that deliver technical solutions. Provide deep domain expertise to form technical strategies with engineering partners. Drive engagement with cross‑functional partners, work to decompose requirements into technical execution plans with measurable milestones, effectively optimize scope and schedule, manage cross‑functional dependencies, and proactively manage risks. Craft clear communication of progress toward goals, reporting status to stakeholders and leadership. Qualifications 7+ years of technical program management experience. Deep understanding of reporting systems, including delivering scalable advertiser‑facing applications and external/internal APIs. Experience driving MRC readiness or audits processes. Proven experience driving large‑scale technical programs and building long‑term scalable solutions. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, effectively managing shifting priorities while delivering high‑quality results under tight timelines. Demonstrated expertise in product growth and discovery, with a pragmatic, execution‑focused point of view on driving scalable outcomes. Highly skilled, experienced, and enjoys orchestrating multiple programs with many moving parts and creating partnerships with cross‑functional teams. Able to identify gaps in solutions, debate technical approaches and weigh in on product vs. technology tradeoffs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate business impact and technical constraints tailored to the audience. Compensation The range for this role is $290,000.00 - $460,000.00.
