Position: Physical Therapist (PT), Med/Surg
Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona, USA
Facility: Medical Center
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Shift: Day (0700-1800), with weekend & holiday rotation
Job Type: Non-exempt, Med/Surg Inpatient
Shifts: Either 10-hour shifts (4 days/week) or 8-hour shifts (5 days/week)
Sign-on Bonus: $15,000
Salary- $72800-$114,400
Vendor fee-$2912-$4576

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and mobility
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, mobility, and pain management
Work closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Assist in discharge planning and patient education (home exercises, safety)
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical standards

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Physical Therapy (PT) license in the state of Arizona
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Rehab or acute care experience preferred
