Position Summary
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) coordinates the daily activities of clients within our facilities and is
responsible for supporting their safety, well-being, and recovery throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support, encouragement, and guidance to clients.
Document client information accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in emergency situations as directed by supervisors.
Ensure clients attend all scheduled groups, appointments, and activities.
Maintain the confidentiality of all client information and records in accordance with HIPAA and
company policies.
Recognize crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions based on training and experience.
Foster a safe, structured, and supportive environment for all clients.
Assist with transportation and other client-related responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED (required)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
One year of Behavioral Health experience (preferred)
Microsoft Outlook and Teams (required)
