Account Manager Y&L Landscape & Tree Service | Owings Mills, MD
Pay: $75,000–$85,000 base salary, plus commission
Company vehicle provided!

Y&L Landscape & Tree Service is hiring an Account Manager to oversee customer relationships and help ensure properties receive consistent, high-quality service. This role combines client communication, property inspections, coordination with field operations, and opportunities to recommend additional services.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
Inspect properties regularly and communicate service needs to the operations team.
Resolve customer concerns and follow through on service issues.
Manage account renewals and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify opportunities for enhancements, including mulch, tree work, drainage, cleanups, and seasonal services.

What We’re Looking For:
A strong communicator who takes ownership of customer relationships, stays organized across multiple properties, and works well with field teams.
