Physician Cardiology - Competitive Salary

Job Description

A leading academic medical center just north of Boston, MA is seeking a full-time BC/BE Clinical Cardiologist with advanced echocardiography expertise to join its cardiovascular medicine division in a leadership role. Position Overview & Key Responsibilities:

• Co-lead a high-volume advanced echocardiography program within an established cardiovascular service
• Balance leadership responsibilities with direct patient care
• Interpret a wide range of cardiac imaging studies, including transthoracic, stress, and transesophageal echocardiograms
• Support intraprocedural imaging, including structural heart procedures
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultative cardiology care
• Participate in teaching and mentorship of trainees
• Contribute to program development, quality initiatives, and ongoing clinical excellence
• Maintain a strong focus on education within a collaborative academic environment
• Pay range: $400K-$500K

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• Advanced training in echocardiography
• Minimum of 3–5 years of post-fellowship experience preferred
• Demonstrated interest in education and academic medicine
• Prior leadership experience preferred
