Strategic Marketing Specialist for CRE Campaigns & Design

Job Description We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and strategic Market Specialist to join our growing CITY market. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team‑player, capable of managing a high volume of projects in a fast‑paced environment, has solid design skills, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where strategic and proactive solutions are celebrated and rewarded. This role will support the strategy and production of campaigns that drive marketing and communications goals. Integrity and resourcefulness are essential for this position. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute on strategic marketing and positioning plans. Deliver cutting‑edge, creative marketing deliverables utilizing Adobe Creative Suite. Design marketing packages and brochures, reports, presentations, websites, and landing pages; create digital and print advertisements, social media posts, etc. Assist in project management and application of critical marketing technologies (e.g., virtual tours, marketing automation, web analytics, and reporting). Manage content on various commercial real estate and social media platforms. Collaborate with national marketing to collect information for press releases. Facilitate and project‑manage client and networking events. Qualifications At least 2 years’ commercial real estate experience preferred. Expert level experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Experience with CRMs, WordPress, Ceros, and video editing a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher). Tech‑savvy, curious, and resourceful with strong project‑management skills and experience. Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment while managing deadlines. Organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing marketing support to a team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities.
