Seeking experienced Industrial Blasters/Painters for both day and night shifts. Responsibilities include abrasive blasting, surface preparation, industrial painting, mixing and applying coatings, operating blasting and painting equipment, and performing quality inspections. Candidates should have previous industrial blast/paint experience, knowledge of safety procedures and PPE, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with overhead crane components or heavy industrial equipment is a plus.
