• June 10: 6:30 AM - 9:00 PM

• June 11: 6:30 AM - 10:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking organized and detail-oriented individuals to support event operations as Registration Assistants . This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and professional check-in experience for all participants.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow step-by-step processes accurately

• Ability to read, write, and alphabetize in English

• Professional communication skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required

Key Responsibilities

• Verify participant identification against registration records using Microsoft Excel or Smartsheet

• Distribute event materials, including name badges, welcome packets, and supplies

• Provide professional and courteous assistance to event participants

• Accurately track and report time worked daily

• Support additional administrative and event-related tasks as assigned

Additional Requirements

• Ability to start as early as 6:30 AM and work late evenings (up to 9:00 PM) on select days

• Flexibility to work a non-standard schedule based on event needs

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
