Diesel Technician

We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician / Mechanic to join our Distribution business in Dedham, MA . Key Responsibilities Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop. Perform maintenance and repairs utilizing diagnostic tools. Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles. Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies. Engage in ongoing development and certifications on new and existing Cummins products. Maintain own tools. Qualifications & Requirements Completes complex internal engine repairs. Performs engine overhauls unassisted. Detailed understanding of the aftertreatment system and components. Proficient experience with engine diagnostic software. Compensation & Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Education, Licenses, Certifications Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred). Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution. Locally valid driving permit (Preferred). Licensing may be required for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products. Drug Testing & Safety This position is subject to Federal Transit Administration random and pre-employment drug testing requirements. This role will be subject to ongoing random drug and alcohol testing. Job Details Min Salary: $39.73 per hour. Max Salary: $40.92 per hour. Relocation Package: Yes. 100% On-Site requirement.
