7:00 AM–3:00 PM: 24 hours/week
3:00 PM–11:00 PM: 32 hours/week
11:00 PM–7:00 AM: 32 hours/week
Schedules may include weekends on occasion, including every other weekend.
This is a non-benefited temporary/seasonal position.
Job Description:The LPN Charge Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides nursing services to assigned residents under the general supervision and guidance of the facility. The LPN will provide quality resident care in accordance with facility policies, procedures, legal standards, accepted medical practices, and physician orders.
Required QualificationsMinimum 1 year of verifiable LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
PCC proficient
Valid state LPN license and in good standing
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and resident care standards
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demonstrate strong attention to detail
Reliable, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team
Attendance is a MUST. Two call-outs, in accordance with the handbook, are considered a termination of the temporary contract.
