Responsibilities: Develop custom reports and dashboards. Ensure data accuracy and compliance. Led a reporting center of excellence initiative that standardized report templates. Mentored analysts on calculated fields and composite reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered with HR and Finance for reporting requirements. Worked with IT and BI teams for data visualization. Standardized 80% of recurring reports across HR and Finance. Reduced report development time by 30%.
