With $5M in seed funding and approaching $65M ARR, achieved with just 30 people, they're building the standard for voice automation at scale. The Role As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll embed directly with enterprise clients to deliver production-ready voice AI solutions end-to-end. You'll be the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving adoption, shaping the platform through field insights, and becoming a go-to expert on building with voice AI and LLM-powered systems. Key Responsibilities Lead full project delivery using a cutting-edge voice agent platform — from prototyping through to production — communicating progress and risks clearly throughout Partner with sales to gather requirements, prototype demos, and present system designs to clients Develop deep expertise in voice AI solutions, including LLM prompting strategies and best practices Scope projects, resolve blockers, and keep cross-functional teams aligned with concise, effective updates Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations Requirements Ideally 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role — Solutions Engineering, Technical PM, Customer Success/Support Engineering, or founder/analagous experience Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Working knowledge of LLM-powered systems and their UX implications Proactive risk management and the ability to maintain momentum under pressure Equity provided Location: Redwood City, CA Schedule: Full-time Location: Redwood City, CA Unlimited meals and snacks Gym, internet, cellphone and commute reimbursement Interview Process Technical phone interview — live coding on CoderPad (45 min) Onsite/virtual interviews (2–3 hrs): Communication, Architecture Case, and Problem-Solving rounds #J-18808-Ljbffr Syndesus, Inc.
