Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations with back-office systems (often through the use of middleware tools) and complex data migrationsWorking with our clients and all stakeholders to build clear requirements and a development strategy for each engagement at their office in Alpharetta in a hybrid modelDevelop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementationFollow coding standards and lead in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followedApply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisionsRequired skills8+ years of Salesforce development experience3+ years in a technical leadership positionStrong background in design and development of enterprise systemsStrong presentation and communication skillsExperience with Apex, SOQL, XML, JavaScript preferred; experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services is a plus.Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practicesExperience with both Classic and LightningA history of working in Professional Services/ConsultingCompensation$120,000-150,000 plus Bonus
