If you're passionate about recovery and want to impact others in a meaningful way - we warmly invite you to join our growing family!Now Hiring a Kitchen Assistant for the Morning Shift (6am - 2:30pm) and for the Mid Shift (10am - 6pm) for Avenues Recovery Center in Indianapolis, IN!What You'll DoSupport head chef in all aspects of food preparation (cooking, cleaning, stocking etc.)Maintain kitchen cleanliness and function through consistent washing and tidyingKeep kitchen organized and stocked by replenishing all supplies when running lowFollow all food storage policies, labeling protocol, and food safety regulationsCollaborate with BHT team for efficient meal preparation, service, and cleanupWhat We're Looking ForAny relevant experience/ training necessary to serve as professional chefIf in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.Strong time management and multitasking skillsAbility to collaborate and work efficientlyComprehensive understanding of health and sanitation lawsWhere You'll WorkAvenues Recovery Center at Indianapolis is a 144 - bed detox and residential rehab facility offering drug and alcohol addiction treatment.
