Job Description Prepare, draft, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and court filings. Organize, review, and manage discovery materials and case files. Provide day-to-day support to attorneys throughout the litigation process. Maintain accurate client files and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally. Keep office files and workspaces organized while contributing to an efficient team environment. Deliver detail-oriented, high-quality work in a fast-paced legal setting. Qualifications 1+ year of law firm experience required. Paralegal experience strongly preferred. Strong typing and computer proficiency. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with outstanding written communication skills. Professional demeanor and strong work ethic. Interest in family law and willingness to continue learning.
