We're looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Director with senior living experience who knows how to turn leads into move-ins and relationships into long-term trust.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment , understands the urgency of occupancy goals , and can independently manage a full sales funnel from inquiry to move-in .

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)

• Drive occupancy growth through proactive sales and outreach strategies
• Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation tours follow-up move-in
• Conduct professional, high-converting tours for prospects and families
• Build and maintain referral partnerships (hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, community groups)
• Execute local marketing initiatives and events to generate qualified leads
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence using CRM/ATS systems
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to meet and exceed census goals
• Track and report on lead sources, conversion rates, and pipeline health
• Represent the community with professionalism, urgency, and compassion

What We're Looking For

• Prior senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales experience (preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/occupancy goals
• Strong closing skills and follow-up discipline
• Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working both in the community and out in the market

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000/year
