Assoc Director Safety Science

Erasca seeks an Associate Director of Safety Science to oversee pharmacovigilance and safety oversight for oncology drug candidates across early and late-stage development. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, regulatory authorities, and safety operations to ensure comprehensive patient safety management.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety science and pharmacovigilance support across the drug portfolio
• Deliver safety oversight and input for early and late-phase clinical study management
• Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory authorities on safety matters
• Partner with Safety Operations on case review, medical review, and patient safety oversight
• Communicate safety expertise to multifunctional and multicultural team members

Requirements

• Experience in drug safety, pharmacovigilance, or clinical safety within pharmaceutical development
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and interactions with health authorities
• Strong medical or scientific background relevant to oncology or clinical trials
• Ability to manage multiple development programs simultaneously
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with case review and medical review processes
